I. GENERAL
     1. How to Sign On as a Member?

      You can sign on as a member of myonlinegroceries.com using the Application Form available on this website at our Homepage, or click here to register now.

      This will lead you to a registration form. Kindly fill in your personal particulars, create your user name and password, and submit to register as a member.

      Open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above. Membership will be allocated with your preferred User name and Password which can be used when placing orders with us.

     2. Is signing on for Membership is free?

      Membership at myonlinegroceries.com is absolutely free.

     3. What are my benefits in assigning as a Member?

      Being a Member or Promoter, you will enjoy more Reward Points that can be used for redemption during your future shopping from our website. For more details on the Reward Points click here.

     5. What are the Modes of Payment?

      We offer you peace-of-mind in terms of payment. You can pay in any of the following Modes of Payment:

  • Cash upon Delivery
  • Cheque upon Delivery
  • E-Nets. Customer shall need to absorb all service charges immposed by NETS.
For cheque payments, please cross cheque and make cheque payable to "Shivsagar Trading". Please include your Name, Invoice Number and Contact Number on the reverse side of your cheque.

     6. How to Create My Own Personal Shopping List?

      From the website upon you selected a sub-category, you have to select the box as P for every respective item you wish to place it in your Personal Shopping list. After selecting all items, click the button 'Add to Wish List ' at the bottom of the page. Similarly, You repeat the same process to select items from other Sub - Categories and Departments.

     7. How can I unsubscribe from the e-newsletter?

      Send a mail to admin@myonlinegroceries.com, subject with "unsubscribe newsletter".

     8. What are the Terms and Conditions?

II. LOGIN
     1. How to log-in?

      There is a log-in field at our home page as shown on the top-left corner. You shall need to enter your Used ID and Password for log-in.

     2. What if I forget my User ID or Password?

      You can click the following links, you will be forwarded your User ID and Password to your e-mail ID,

III. REWARD POINTS
        "All the customers are advised to redeem the Reward points offered to buy Gifts before the redeem points get expired".

    1. How would I check my accumulated Reward Points?

      After logged in, just click "My Reward Points" link to view your Reward Points.

     2. How would I Redeem My Reward Points?
 Way 1:

Upon Successfull Login, After you have completed your purchase as per your requirement, you will be led to Final Page of Ordering to Submit your order to us.In that final page and by clicking the redeem button takes you to the Redeem Products page where all the Redeem Products will be displayed.

Here select the products by mentioning the quantity of the product you need to redeem and confirm it by clicking the confirm button,this will take you to the final page containing your both purchased and redeem products then check your personnal details and then submit.

Incase of your redeemed products exceeding your reward points then it will redirect you to another page,there you will come to know about the next process by a message displayed Like "You have to redeem again or Continue your shopping process".

 Way 2:

Upon Successfull Login, After you have completed your purchase as per your requirement,just click "My Reward Points" link there you have to click the redeem button you will be led to Final Page of Ordering to Submit your order to us.In that final page and by clicking the redeem button takes you to the Redeem Products page where all the Redeem Products will be displayed.

     2. How do I shop online from myonlinegroceries.com ?

      There are generally 3 avenues through which you could choose to place your order as follows,

      1. GENERAL SHOPPING.

      2. 'MY WISH LIST' SHOPPING

      3. 'ORDER HISTORY' SHOPPING

 1. GENERAL SHOPPING :
 Step 1:

You are requested to enter your User ID/Registration Number and your Password in the Text Box provided at your top left corner of your screen and click 'login' to avail our service as a privileged Customer. If you do not remember User ID/Registration Number or Password, please make use of Clicking "Forgot Password" where you will be required to enter your Name and E-mail ID as submitted during your Registration. User ID/Reg. No and Password will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

If you are a new Customer, you are requested to register yourself to place your orders and enjoy quality products and service from us. Please click here to Register

 Step 2:

Upon login, from the Shopping Department found at your Left pane, place your mouse at any of your desired Department to commence your easiest way of shopping at myonlinegroceries.com.

 Step 3:

Upon mouse placed, respective Department will be expanded with various Sub-Categories. You may wish to click your desired Sub-Category to display all respective items. 

 Step 4:

Enter desired Quantity of all Items that you wish to order from that Sub-Category. Upon completion of your shopping from that Sub-Category you have to click 'Add to Cart' found at bottom of the same page. To ensure all your items have been placed in to your shopping cart, you may wish to view your cart found at top of the same page. Click 'View Cart' to view all your items entered in to your shopping cart.

 Example:

If you wish to order 2 Tins of Amul Ghee, place your mouse on 'Dairy & Frozen' found at the Shopping Department on your left pane. Upon Sub-Categories expanded, click 'Ghee', you will be will displayed with all types and brands of Ghee available from where you may enter the quantity in the Qty box for Amul Ghee. 

In addition to Amul Ghee, if you wish to buy more items from the same Sub-Category, you are required to enter the quantity for all respective items. 

Upon you have completed shopping of all desired items from that Sub-Category, you shall click 'Add to Cart' button found at bottom of the page. 

 Step 5:

You may follow the same process as mentioned in Step 1 to 3 to purchase items from other Sub-Categories /Departments.

 Step 6 :

In situations, where you are unable to find any item from our website, you may choose to use our2 ways of our Search Mechanism as follows, 

a) You may type the key word of any item in the Text Box named as 'Search Item' on the top and click 'Go'. If the item were available, the same will be displayed accordingly. 

b) If you would know the brand of the item you are looking for, you may pull down 'Brand' menu and select the Brand of your required item and click 'Go'. If the items were available, the same will be displayed accordingly

If you could not find the item you are looking for through either of the above mentioned Search Mechanisms, please do not hesitate to call our office during office hours or e-mail to us at admin@myonlinegroceries.com. We shall endeavor our best to bring in for your.

 Step 7:

Upon you have completed shopping from all Departments/Sub- 
Departments, you may click 'Check Out' button found at bottom of any of the Sub-Category Page or 'View Cart' Page.

 Step 8 :

If you wish to Alter quantity or Delete any of the items from your order list, you may wish to click 'View Cart' button found on top right corner of our website. This will lead you to 'Shopping Cart' page where you are required to carry out the changes as follows, 

To amend the quantity from your Shopping Cart for any desired items, enter the new quantity for the respective item as you wished and then click 'Update' button to effect the changes.  

To Delete any items check the box as <Tick Logo> on the left hand side of any respective item and then click 'Remove' button to effect the changes. 

Upon you complete alteration or deletion of items, you are required to click 'Check Out' button to complete your order placement.

 Step 9:

Upon you click 'Check Out' button, 'Shopping Cart' page will be displayed. You are required to counter check again all items of your Purchase while you are about to leave the shopping session now. If you intend to purchase more items, you may click 'More Shopping' button found at left bottom of the same page. If you confirm you have completed your purchase as per your requirement, you may click 'Continue to Ordering' button.

 Step 10:

Upon you click 'Continue to Ordering' button, you will be led to Final Page of Ordering to Submit your order to us. Please check your Delivery Address Details under this page. You may wish to update your Delivery Address if different from as it is displayed now (your update of address here will be effected in our Database for your future orders as well). Upon you have verified all here, you may click 'Submit' button at bottom of the page. 

 Step 11:

'THANK YOU' Message will be displayed with your Order's Invoice Number. This serves as a confirmation of your order being submitted successfully. You may wish to print your order details by clicking 'Print' button on the top right corner in the same page.

 2.) 'MY WISH LIST' SHOPPING :
 Step 1:

You are requested to enter your User ID/Registration Number and your Password in the Text Box provided at your top left corner of your screen and click 'login' to avail our service as a privileged Customer. If you do not remember User ID/Registration Number or Password, please make use of Clicking "Forgot Password" where you will be required to enter your Name and E-mail ID as submitted during your Registration. User ID/Reg. No and Password will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

If you have note created your 'My Wish List', you may create one for you in order to save ample of time during your future orders. For more information on How to Create 'My Wish List', please click here.

If you are a new Customer, you are requested to register yourself to and hence create your 'My Wish List' and from thereon, you could use the same to place your order using your 'My Wish List'. Please click here to Register

 Step 2:

Upon successful login, you may click 'My Wish List' found below the Tab 'My Account' on top right. You may wish to select and enter the quantity of all items required from your Shopping List displayed and then click 'Add to Cart'.

 Step 3:

In addition to items listed in your Shopping List, if you would wish to shop any more items that were not found therein, you may proceed to do so, by clicking 'More Shopping' button found on the bottom left of your Shopping List Screen. 

If you have completed your order, you may click 'Check out' button found there. 

 Step 4:

Upon you click 'More Shopping', you will be led to our Home page, from where you can continue your shopping as mentioned from Steps 2 to 10 under 'General Shopping'.

 3.) 'ORDER HISTORY' SHOPPING
 Step 1:

You are requested to enter your User ID/Registration Number and your Password in the Text Box provided at your top left corner of your screen and click 'login' to avail our service as a privileged Customer. If you do not remember User ID/Registration Number or Password, please make use of Clicking "Forgot Password" where you will be required to enter your Name and E-mail ID as submitted during your Registration. User ID/Reg. No and Password will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

 Step 2:

Upon successful login, you may click 'My Order History' found below the Tab 'My Account' on top right. 

 Step 3:

Select your previous order, from where you wish to make the current order from. Click 'View' button. Your selected Previous Order Details will be displayed. Now click 'Click here to Shop from this List'.. 

 Step 4:

From the Details of previous order selected, you may wish to select and enter the quantity of all items required from the List displayed and then click 'Add to Cart'.

 Step 4:

In addition to items listed in this Previous Order Detail List, if you would wish to shop any more items that were not found therein, you may proceed to do so, by clicking 'More Shopping' button found on the bottom left of your Shopping List Screen. 

If you have completed your order, you may click 'Check out' button found there.

 Step 4:

Upon you click 'More Shopping', you will be led to our Home page, from where you can continue your shopping as mentioned from Steps 2 to 10 under 'General Shopping'. 

     3. How to search for an Item?

      SHIVSAGAR TRADING offers you the convenience of searching for a product through any of the following ways:

     4. How do I cancel or change an item from my shopping cart?

      In "View Cart", You may wish to make changes or cancel any item under that page.

     5. What should I do if I got changes in my order after submitting orders?

      For any changes in the order that you have submitted, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service Hotline at 67790486 during our office hours (8.30am-5.30pm on Monday to Friday and 8.30am-12.30pm on Saturdays)

     6. Is it possible to print out my order for my reference?

      Upon submission of your order, click on Print. This will bring you to the Order List where you can print out the list.

     7. What can I do if I could not find the item that I usually order in the website?

      If you think that there are some items that should be included in our website, please enter your suggestions at our Feedback Form.

     8. How to Check Out?

      Just click "Check Out" link to view your item list.

     9. How do I know that my order have been submitted successfully?

      Upon successful submission of your order, an Invoice number will be generated to you with a THANK YOU Message. You may check the details of your orders in at My Account. You may print this out for your reference.
      Once the order is processed and confirmed for delivery, an e-mail will be sent to you.
      Our friendly Customer Service Officer may also contact you for further confirmation on the delivery time on the day of delivery. Meanwhile, if you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service Hotline at 67790486 or e-mail us at admin@myonlinegroceries.com .

     10. How do I confirm my Order?

      After completing the order, we will be intimating through mail with Order No.

     11. What is the Minimum Purchase for Free Delivery?
 

      You will enjoy free delivery for order value more than $70.00.

     12. What is the Delivery Charge for orders below minimum purchase?
 
  • For order value between $50.00 to $69.99, Delivery charge of $5.00 will be applicable.  Free Delivery will be done for all orders more then or equal to $70.00.
  •  Order value below $50.00 could not be processed.
V. ORDER AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE
     1. What is the Order Placement Cut-off Time ?
Order Received, Approximate Delivery Day/Time.
Between 9.00 am to 7.00pm Next Delivery Day between 12.30pm to 9.00 pm
After 7.00pm  2nd Delivery Day between 12.30pm to 9.00 pm 
 Note: We deliver within mainland Singapore only. There is no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
     2. When will my Order be delivered to my Home?
      Your order will be delivered to your home on the days as per following Delivery Area schedule,
